Welcome to Mystical Pawprints! Our operating hours are Tuesday-Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. You can reach us via WhatsApp at 0739459155.

We kindly ask that all vaccinations are up to date for the well-being of our furry friends. As per company policy, all dogs must be sterilized. If you have older or medically unfit pets, please consult with your vet before grooming and we will gladly assist.

About us

Mystical Pawprints was established in 2017 by me (Sharlene Thoma) and the dogrectors Sir ET, Sir Gomez, Sir Mozi, Lady Scarlett and Lady Pepa.

My love for my pets is the heart and soul behind Mystical Pawprints. Through spending time with my pets I came to understand the importance of having clean, well groomed pets and thus founded a pet grooming company.

I was at my wits end with my long haired teacup, although she was too young to groom Mystical Pawprints took care of her problem areas in-front of the parlour while i sat and waited, free of charge. the compassion they have is unbelievable, and everyone was absolutely lovely from the moment we walked in, lots of help and welcomed advice for our new puppy, Happy puppy and even happier owners 🙂

Sharlene and the staff are very good with their 4 pawned clients. Very compassionate and patient with animals that are scared. They don’t hurry. For them it is not just a job. Very clean and hygienic as well. They also use good products to wash the animals.
